SMS / Text Messaging

This section applies to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by TruCreatives LLC.

• Consent: We only send text messages to people who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts from TruCreatives, for example by checking a consent box on one of our forms. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Types of messages: Messages may include account and service notifications, appointment reminders, customer support replies, and marketing or promotional messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages and support (such as messaging platform providers), and only for that purpose.
